Dr. Cathrine Allyn Darr
Dr. Darr settled in Coshocton County after marrying Jack Darr. Along with raising two children, Kristen and Brian, she operated a successful veterinary practice in nearby Canal Lewisville for thirty years as Village Veterinary Clinic. Additionally she was an accomplished racquetball competitor at the national level, completed the Iron Man competition, was an avid marathon and triathlon runner, and has driven a six horse hitch team at the Ohio State Fair and the Milwaukee Circus Parade. More recently Dr. Darr is the owner of Rradac Cavaliers; she shows Cavalier King Charles Spaniels in confirmation, obedience, agility, and utility.

Dr. Abdel Albalakousy, Veterinarian
Dr. Albalakousy has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Veterinary Medicine from Cairo University, Egypt, and has completed the licensure program through the Educational Committee for Foreign Veterinarian Graduates in Ohio.

Dr. Jeremy L. Welsh, Veterinarian
Dr. Jeremy L. Welsh was raised in Newcomerstown, Ohio and attended Bowling Green State University where he received his B.S. in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. Following his undergraduate degree, he relocated to Columbus, Ohio and enrolled at The Ohio State University’s College of Public Health. He graduated with honors in 2007 with a Master’s degree in Public Health specializing in Veterinary Medicine (MPH VPH). He then went on receive his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) at The Ohio State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine and graduated in 2011 with honors. He now resides in Coshocton, Ohio with his wife, Lisa, his Boxer, Lincoln, and three cats. Dr. Welsh enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, riding his motorcycle, gardening, traveling, and camping. Dr. Welsh’s professional interests include small animal orthopedic surgery and large animal theriogenology.

Carolyn McElfresh, Practice Manager
Carolyn is a Cum Laude graduate of Kent State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree, majoring in Psychology. Carolyn owned/operated several beauty salons over the course of thirty years. Additionally, she was a Job Specialist for the Jobs for Ohio’s Graduates Program and is considered by the State Of Ohio to be a Motivational Expert and Drop-out Recovery Expert.
Annette Moore, Surgery Room Manager and Kennel Manager
Annette is a graduate of Mid-East Ohio Career and Technology Center, STNA, CPR, Phlebotomy I and II. Annette brings with her extensive knowledge as a Phlebotomist, Lab Technician, and Patient Care Technician.

Tara Crozier, Veterinary Secretary/Receptionist
Tara has attended several administrative leadership development courses. Tara has experience in the banking industry and educational food service industry. Additionally, Tara is an entrepreneur who has operated several businesses throughout her career including but not limited to Owner/Operator of Dari Hut, Owner/Operator of Village Driving Academy, and Owner/Operator of Floral Expressions.
Terrace Hamilton, Veterinary Secretary/Receptionist
Terrace is attending classes at Central Ohio Technical College and has completed a Certificate of Medical Office Administration and is currently preparing to pursue a career in nursing.
Lindsay McCullough, Veterinary Secretary/Receptionist
Lindsay is a student at Central Ohio Technical College. Additionally, Lindsay has attended classes at Kent State University Tuscarawas Campus.
